RemoScreen Terms of Use

1. Product and license

RemoScreen provides iPad/iPhone-to-Mac and Mac-to-Mac remote control. Available features depend on the app version, device compatibility, permissions and purchase access. Operator and contact details appear below.

For apps obtained through the App Store, the applicable Apple Standard License Agreement and store rules also apply. These product terms supplement them and do not limit rights provided by law or applicable store rules.

2. Remote access authorization

Connect only to devices you own or are legally authorized to access. Installing the app, obtaining a connection address or making a purchase does not grant control of another computer; the controlled device must approve access.

Protect your devices, connection keys and authorization information. Do not use the product for non-consensual surveillance, theft of information, bypassing access controls, distributing malicious software or unlawful activities. End the session and revoke the relevant authorization if you notice unauthorized activity.

3. One-time purchase and trial

Controlling a Mac from iPad/iPhone uses a one-time purchase, with Mac Host provided as a free companion. The purchased entitlement has no subscription expiry; future separate products or platform features are not automatically included. Actual products, prices and availability are shown in the App Store.

The seven-day free trial starts at the time of its trial transaction and does not automatically charge you when it ends. Restoring or reinstalling does not restart the trial.

During the trial, each app restart requires an online time check. After verification, you can use the app offline until the original expiry while it remains running. Lifetime purchases are unaffected.

4. Restoration and refunds

Use the original purchasing Apple Account and choose Restore purchases in Purchase and restore. Restoration depends on verifiable Apple transactions; remote access authorization from another purchased device does not transfer a purchase entitlement.

Apple handles App Store refund requests under its applicable rules. Refunds or transaction revocations may remove the corresponding entitlement; they do not by themselves revoke device identity or delete your files.

5. Networks, third-party services and updates

Remote control quality depends on networks, system permissions, device performance and running state. Relays you add are maintained by their administrators, who manage their domains, certificates, fees and availability. Check the source of a service before adding it.

We may provide compatibility fixes, security updates and feature changes. Read release notes and back up important data before updating. A one-time purchase does not guarantee compatibility with every future operating system, operation on every network or uninterrupted service.

6. Content and responsibilities

You retain your lawful rights to your files and other content and are responsible for having permission to access or transmit it. Providing support materials does not transfer those rights.

Each party is responsible as required by applicable law. These terms do not exclude liability that cannot legally be excluded or reduce mandatory consumer refund, compensation or other remedy rights. Contact us to try to resolve a problem.

7. Changes and contact

Important changes to these terms will be communicated through the app or official release pages. New paid offerings are governed by the information presented before purchase. Viewing this page does not purchase anything, authorize remote access or send feedback.
